We don't how she managed to get all the cops and staff in the office bound and gagged so effectively, threats, hypnosis, chloroform or a mix?
What we know is that we are all bound and gagged for good ( with a shameful panties swapping for gags... who knows whose panties are stuffed in their mouhts? Certainly not their own!!!), with tons of tape and no way out until the next shif comes, our uniforms stolen and our hats placed askew on our heads.
