This is from an Italian sci-fi comic, in a recurring feature called "Jaleb." The story is titled "USS Nucleus."

The heroes have infiltrated an island housing a military compound. They spot a jeep carrying three soldiers - two men and a woman - and lay an ambush. Three of the heroes (including the female lead) steal the soldiers' uniforms to infiltrate the compound. The real soldiers are left bound and gagged in some trees.
