Episode is called "See No Evil." The plot revolves around a female serial killer who kills people with ice picks. (The Criminal Minds shows are fairly gruesome this way.)
Early in the episode, she is at a hospital, being attended to by a nurse. She incapacitates the nurse with a shot of fentanyl, then kills her with an ice pick in the head.
