Around 18 minutes in, one of the heroines infiltrates a shady medical operation and is in a room alone with a nurse. When we cut back a few minutes later, she's now disguised in the nurse's uniform and remains in it for the rest of the episode. At 25 minutes in, the real nurse is found unconscious and stripped.
