In the previous scene, a female patient mugged a nurse and used her uniform to escape a hospital. Shortly afterwards, she was caught and returned to her room. In this episode, she tries the same plan again - and unluckier for the new nurse, she's angrier and more desperate this time around.

At least she knows her escape strategy. I'm hoping there's another episode of her doing it again, because after a third time, you'd have to wonder why the hospital wouldn't learn by then.

So after her second escape, she's caught again, and this time she's arrested and put in a more secure facility. She ends up bribing another nurse, not for her uniform, but to help her fake her own death, so that she can escape through the morgue. The nurse then puts her nametag on a real dead body to fool the authorities (episode 377, at 9 minutes).
