Wow, I cannot believe how much our tastes are the same. That is precisely how I picture guards when I imagine stories. Our tastes are basically identical in this regard.
Honestly, it's nice to find someone who agrees and shares the same tastes as myself my friend. When I wrote the SI stories, whether they be the cute but utterly clueless Darkwatch sentries or the Russian soldierettes, I imagined them to be the cute "girl next door" types. Essentially innocent, pretty but hopelessly naive young girls who are way out of their depth. They have no idea just how evil their organisation is, just given a fancy gun, mook level training and then thrown into the deep end. Then we have the SI girls, mostly ex military and highly skilled operatives who outclass our Darkwatch cuties by a mile. Both Miranda and Vesper are beautiful sultry women, who are happily married yet sexually adventurous and they don't mind mixing a little business and pleasure when it comes to Darkwatch girls or Russian soldiers. Both are clear mirrors of each other and reflected my own personal tastes.
