Victim is based on character from Captain Planet, but scene appears to be modeled after the memorable USB scene from "Republic of Doyle".

The Dreamknight in search of detective Tsunade asks for the help of Detective Gaia, A longtime acquaintance, to help find her. While interrogating a suspect Gaia is disarmed by the female suspect and stripped almost naked. The suspect leaves the police station in her clothes and escapes. The Dreamknight comes in to see the suspect but all he finds is a bound, gagged, naked and frustrated Gaia.
