Uniform Stealing Board

A female villain infiltrates a mansion disguised in a maid uniform. The real maid, Kato Kiyomi, is later discovered in a wine cellar.

I remember coming across the last panel on Deviantart, but I've never managed to find the context of the scene. Thanks a lot! Another scene finally found!

I love the way the other Maids discover poor Kato-san hidden behind the Wine Barrel, tapped up, gagged and unconscious in her underwear.
The innocent expression on Kato San's face as she's sleeping is so peaceful. Somehow it adds to the effect that she's totally unaware of her situation.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's in the anime. Manga scene only.

If anyone wants to find the images again, you can read it for free on MangaDex. It's chapters 24-26. However, MangaDex has a tendency to crash, wish lasts for quite a time. Was gonna leave a link but said link crashed only like twenty minutes after finding it. However, it doesn't seem to last forever, as a similar thing happened a couple of weeks ago while I was reading Lupin the Third on the site. If it works, you can find it there, at least for free.
