this is an Italian movie imitating the James Bond series

I almost lost my mind trying to understand IF there is a REAL disguise
at 1:16:53 the female agent is captured
from 1:18:08 we see another woman , wearing exactly the same dress and mask...assumably stolen
and finally the good girl, stripped and tortured in the way one can expect from a Bond movie at 1:19:12
well if 1+1+1= 3 then there is a dress stealing and replacement scene, but still I am not sure
any suggestion?
