Nicole was the smartest chemistry student in the senior class. one morning after gym she opened her locker and was surprised to receive a spray of pink vapor in her face. "oh no," she thought, "i recognize that... anesthetic..." but a few seconds later she was already fast asleep and on the floor.
sophie and alyssa entered the room a moment later, wearing respirators. every girl at school was trained to use them in art class and chemistry class, but these had been borrowed for an extracurricular prank.
"sleep tight, sweetie!" Nicole laughed behind her mask. "if you're lucky you might make it to the last five minutes of class. have fun explaining yourself to the teachers!"
