Uniform Stealing Board

WARNING: scene contains brief bloody violence, and yes, the victim is unfortunately killed.

This movie centers on a crazy female serial killer. In one scene, she is on a date and spots a woman in a pretty red dress. She follows the woman to the bathroom and demands she hand over the dress. The woman starts yelling for help, at which point the killer murders her and steals the dress.

Yeah, the film is called "murder, killer, sexy" in overseas countries and I do remember this scene from the old forum, as it was quite talked about. Nice work is finding it again.
