A female reporter, investigating a military fortress, is caught and confined to a locked room. A maid is sent to keep an eye on her, but the reporter overpowers her and escapes in her uniform.

This scene features a rare double aftermath - the maid is discovered by a soldier who chastises her for not being more careful, and refuses to free her. She is eventually freed by the reporter, who returns and strikes a deal with the maid.

Unfortunately, no. She didn't get any additional scenes afterward that would significantly expand her role or have a decisive impact on the plot. Overall, she remained a comedic character, and her total screen time afterward might not even exceed that one scene. Still, at least she was a supporting character, not an extra.

in BJ and the bear episode 'through a glass darkly' the nurse usb victim has a few scenes afterwards where she helps the investigation and in the end forgives the woman who took her clothes (who was an innocent woman wrongly imprisoned).

thats about the only example i can think of in movies. among our stable of creators, a very talented guy here whose name i cant remember did a great story sequence a while back in which a girl who is knocked out and has her uniform stolen then goes on eventually to join the group who did this to her and iirc ends up doing some uniform stealing herself, which was an idea i thought was fantastic.
