welcome! I imagine this as a first scene of a movie where the blonde intruder needs to get into a private section of the hospital, so she needs the uniform and credentials of the unfortunate nurse. I wish I had the time to develop these scenes further.
On the other hand, its fun that a couple of people at youtube asked which show this was from.

That neck pinch is really cool. Would love to she it in another video perhaps being used on a female sentry!

yes, sentry takedowns can be good. I have tended to concentrate on service staff and nurses in these clips. but a black suited young security girl lured by a careful ruse from her guard post or reception desk, then incapacitated by a nerve pinch and stashed away could be fun also.
