The impostor isn't shown, but the dialogue makes it clear a clothes stealing is involved. (Plus some doppleganger magic.) The character is from the Amazon series Hazbin Hotel. Long story short, she's Charlie Morningstar, the surprisingly good-natured princess of Hell who's trying to find a way to redeem Sinners and give them a second chance, which explains her non-human features. (But believe it or not, she's one of the most human-looking (or should I say less furry-looking 
) characters of her show.)
