Indeed. I would say the effect is similar to what we saw in the movies, as it entrances the women for a second giving the agents time to impart the false memories. But since the agents are using it in an entirely different manner, without the false memories, they have to then render them unconscious quickly after the stripping by whatever means, preferably rapid. In this case the women where unresisting as L pressure pressed Harriet while M choked put Jennifer. Of course you would have the instinct resistance reflexes but it would be feeble. Either way, I doubt the women would have put up much resistance if they weren't neuralysed first, given the military training of our MiB agents.

Yeah, it's a strategy that I will keep in mind for our agents, since I'am partial to this idea myself. Especially the image you describe with the sentry. The same with M as she chokes her sentry out or even use the pressure point press herself, after L as taught her a thing or two. It's certainly more quick and efficient then a chokehold, with less struggling from the victims.
