This movie is part of a series of films about OSS 117, a French spy similar to James Bond.

In this film, Agent 117 is captured by the bad guys and taken to an operating room. A pair of women team up to rescue him, chloroforming the nurse so that one of them can take her place. (But alas, not her uniform, since she uses a spare to disguise herself.)
